Project management software is used for producing timelines, and uploading progress images, keeping client fully informed and in control of the project dynamics.

At the onset of the project, we create the project’s timeline that can be generated as a traditional Gantt chart or a calendar view or a simple list. This dynamic timeline highlights project milestones and key stages. It is updated to track any modifications to the critical path. To track all stages of the build, progress images are uploaded in the software on a weekly basis. All received payments are duly documented so that cashflow can be managed effectively, and all additional work variations are approved via the project management tool.
